Returns

We'll fix it! Let us know within 15 days of tracking say the item was delivered. We will usually ask for a photo and then we'll get you a new one ASAP if the mistake is on us.

In the rare case that happens... we will first question your sanity. No, no, we get it. You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Just let us know. If you want to exchange an item you also have 15 days to do so.

You will need to pay the shipping back to us in the case of returns or exchanges. We'll pay the shipping back to you on an exchange. 

Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide 08 Left Support with the shipment tracking number.We do not accept returns of modified products (including color changes), or custom products, or on products that are 60 x 40 or larger, if there is no defect or quality issues. We will offer exchanges on custom apparel for sizing reasons.

Damage Policy

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.If you receive a damaged item, 08 Left will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify 08 Left Support.Please notify 08 Left Support of any damages on the product or packaging within days of receipt  

Customizations & Custom stuff

That's not really a question but it is a exestential struggle of us all isn't it? Anyway if it's a missing diagram, send us an email and let us know what you're looking for. But that can take a long time! So if you want to be sure to get it quicker, commission us!

You can change colors and more. All of our custom options are specified here.

You can always request a proof in the notes section of the checkout and we'll send you what it looks like before shipping out your art. Keep in mind, however, that when requesting another color scheme, it will look just like that color scheme and proofs may slow down the process.  

Let us know and we'll see what we can do! We've done some crazy stuff.

In short, we value our quality and we don't sell it unless we use it personally. We want you to value it too - to love it - and if you don't, we'll always take it back! No questions. If there is some kind of defect or shipping damage, of course we'll take care of it.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

We offer rush and standard shipping to the U.S. and Internationally. 

Standard shipping generally (COVID makes everything not very general) takes 2-5 days to arrive. Rush shipping is generally Next Day or 2 Day or, in rare circumstances 3 Day.

In order to keep our inventory as accurate (and adaptable) as possible, most of products are print on demand. (The world of aviation changes constantly in terms of frequencies, layouts, etc...) With that in mind, the following are our processing times on most items (we do carry stock on some items.)

It's not unheard of for items to ship the next day - depending in busyness and priority.)

Otherwise you can generally count on:

Poster Art Prints take 2-7 business days to process.

Fine Art, Metal, Canvas and Wood Prints take 2-4 business days to process.

Coasters take 2-4 business days to process.

Apparel takes 2-7 business days to process.

Decals take 1-3 days to process.

Luggage tags are 3-10 days to process.
