I ordered a Seattle airport map poster that was damaged when I got it. The box had a huge dent on the side and when I opened the box it had damaged the poster. It was wrinkled and due to those wrinkles there were white spots from the cheap paper being bent. I sent 08left an email the same day I got the package, about a week ago, and they have yet to reply. I’m very upset with this as it was very expensive for terrible quality
This is Ryan. I've written Ella and promised to reprint or refund whatever she wishes, as we ALWAYS do in situaitons like this and would have immediately if that email hadn't gone to junk or wherever it went. Sorry Ella but we'll get it taken care of for you!
(In the meantime, I will take issiue with our paper being called 'cheap'. It's 300g heavy cotton paper and it can be called lots of things but cheap is definitley not one of them.)

Asking for different colors or a map to be rotated is super simple and Ryan always does a great job.
I ordered a pack of coasters for my pilot, and we are both MORE than happy with the product. Not only are they great quality, but Ryan was quick and easy to get in contact with when I hit a speed bump while ordering. Will be returning customers!
I’ve ordered multiple things from 08L and they are always very high quality. Customer service is also very quick to respond and very helpful.
Love the product. Everything is smooth. 08L would earn a 5th star if the full landed cost were included from the get go. In my case, the shipment had to go to Europe which means duties and taxes need to be paid. Not a big deal but it adds some friction. The VAT due on the goods was a mere € 4,78. The handling fee the transportation company took for that was a whopping € 8,00. If this were a gift for someone that would be a big no-no.

The design was outstanding and the price was good, so I decided to give these prints a try. Wow! The quality far exceeded expectations and they are even more beautiful in person. I bought them to hang in my son's room... but I kinda want to put them in my office now!
These are perfect gifts for my husband, who knows every airport 3-letter code, worldwide. I am slowly filling his office walls with these prints, which look amazing even in an inexpensive frame.
Ryan was responsive, super easy to work with and did a fantastic job on my custom PSC airport diagram with full detail and ILS approach plate. The fine art paper is thick, the colors are vibrant and match the proofs almost exactly. Once behind the glass of a frame the colors seem to pop even a bit more. The printing is crisp with no color bleed in fine white lines or lettering on a blue background, even at 24" x 36".
Overall I'm very pleased and excited to get these up on the wall! I plan to have 08L do similar custom prints done for additional airports.
Love my ATL and DFW airport layout posters! Had both framed, and look great in my apartment.

I ordered the HNL Tower print but wanted it in navy blue. Ryan helped me select a shade, and it turned out great!

The prints are beautiful! The prints are rolled tight when delivered so they are hard to put in frames, but it keeps them from getting damaged so it’s worth it!
