Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order. We don't keep walls of inventory sitting in a warehouse — when you place an order, we print it for you. That means a little patience up front and a better product in your hands.

Processing & production
Because everything is print-on-demand, most orders take 1–2 weeks to produce before they ship. Custom and commissioned work can take longer; if it does, we'll let you know.

US shipping
Shipping is free on US orders over $149. Orders under that ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Once your order leaves us, you'll get tracking by email.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Because international rates and restrictions shift constantly, additional charges may apply to some international orders, and in rare cases a destination's limitations mean we can't fulfill an order at all. If that happens, we'll reach out before charging you anything — and you're always welcome to cancel for a full refund. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees their country charges on arrival.

When your order arrives
Please inspect your package closely on receipt.

• If the outer packaging shows significant damage, refuse the shipment and have the carrier send it back.
• If there's minor damage to the packaging, note it when you sign.
• If you open it and find the product itself damaged, contact 08 Left Support within 3 days of receipt. We'll generally ask for a photo or two, and then we'll get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
