Q: ARE YOU GOOD?

A: If you don't agree, return it*. We'll even pay the shipping. We love this stuff and we think you will too! 

* We offer no question returns on anything within 15 days excluding custom artwork or those over 60 x 40 in size. 

Q: WHAT'S THE QUALITY LIKE?

A: We have our artwork in our house. We wear our shirts. We put our drinks on our coasters. We have our pillows on our couch. Yes, we're weird, but we also want to like the stuff we sell and we insist on being proud of it as well. We've only been around since January 2014 and we have changed two of our manufacturers because we didn't like the quality of certain items. We insist on it in every thing we sell. Insist. 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes we do. The only thing to be aware of is all taxes and duties are your responsibility.

Q. CAN I CHANGE COLORS?

A: Most of our prints allow you to change colors for a small .99 cent charge (which applies to all the products in the order). You can see more here

Q: I DON'T LIKE ORDERING ONLINE. CAN I CALL?

A: You bet. Give us a call at 888.999.9085 or send us an email with your number and we'll call you.

Q. 08 LEFT? WHAT'S THAT?

A: Zero Eight Left is a runway designation meaning that it's the left runway facing 80 degrees. This runway exists at numerous airports including CDG in Paris... one of the best trips our family has ever taken. 

We could have chosen 08 Right but Ryan is left-handed and thus, left is cooler. 

Q. I WANT AN AIRPORT OR PRINT I DON'T SEE.

A: Send us an email and we'll try to get it up for you. 

Q. SIZES, PRINTS, FRAMES? CAN I GET MORE DETAILS?

A: You know it!

Q. DID YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS A MISTAKE ON ONE OF YOUR PRINTS? THAT TERMINAL ISN'T THERE ANYMORE. 

A: If you're aware of any kind of mistake on any piece of art, and let us know about it, we'll get you a free 12 x 18 poster print. 

Q: I DON'T GET THE WHOLE MODIFICATIONS THING... CAN I SEE A PROOF?

A: You can always request a proof in the notes section of the checkout and we'll send you what it looks like before shipping out your art. Keep in mind, however, that when requesting another color scheme, it will look just like that color scheme and  proofs may slow down the process.  

Q: WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING THAT I DON'T SEE? COMPLETELY DIFFERENT?

A: Let us know and we'll see what we can do!

Q: WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY? I WANT/NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

A: That's sad! But you may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt.

Q: SHOPPING CART AND COOKIES?

A: Make sure cookies are enabled on your web browser. For most browsers this involves nothing more than going to your browser preferences and "enabling cookies". Here's a good resource if you're not sure if you should enable cookies.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STUFF?

A: All products ship within 2 to 7 business days (depending on the product) and then it's up to your shipping method... UPS Ground or UPS Next Day (depending on your choosing). Note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Q: DOES STUFF EVER GO ON SALE? 

Not very often. If it is, you'll find the information here

Q: SHIPPING. I CAN CHOOSE, RIGHT? 

A: Of course. You'll see all the options as you checkout. Some products come with different options so rather than explain them all here, you'll just have to checkout to see.
